We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products. However, we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or reliability of product descriptions and images. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
3. Ordering and Payment
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase our products. Your order is subject to acceptance by us. Order processing time is typically 3-5 business days but may be extend during peak seasons like Term 3 and 4. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your entire order, the components supplied are still subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to delivery products promptly, but please be aware that delivery times can vary. Australia Post is our designated carrier, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur due to third-party shipping carriers. Unless otherwise specified by the customer, we will continue to ship your order even during school holidays.
5. Preorders and Backorders
Certain goods may occasionally be temporarily out of stock or pending stocking. Depending on the expected wait time, we may either ship your order once all items are consolidated, which will add 2-4 weeks on top of our processing times. Alternatively, if the wait time exceeds 6 weeks, we may choose to ship your order separately.

Special prices, promotions, offers, free-gift campaigns, and discounts are for limited periods, subject to availability and otherwise subject to change. Specially agreed customer pricing for bulk orders will not be eligible for further discounts. Additional T&Cs may apply to discounts and promotions.
7. Design Changes
Supplies For Sensei reserves the right to modify the specifications or performance criteria of any item and to source items from various suppliers at our sole discretion. We may exercise this right without prior notice, as long as we have reasonable grounds to believe that the alternative item being offered is substantially similar to the previously offered item or represents an enhancement.

We are a small business and are not registered for GST. No GST will be charged, and this will be reflected in your invoice.
