1. Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty item, kindly send us a photo of the damaged product via email at suppliesforsensei@gmail.com. We will promptly assist you in either replacing the item or providing a refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to resolve such issues as quickly as possible.
2. Change of Minds
We are happy to accommodate your request if you have a change of mind. Nevertheless, please note that the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returning items due to change of mind are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
