Can I raise a purchase order for my school and pay after delivery of items?

Yes, please send an email to suppliesforsensei@gmail.com with your name, school address, contact number, purchase order number (if applicable), the products you want and its quantity. You may send through screenshots or saved PDF of your cart for your convenience.


How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We dispatch all of our orders from Western Australia via Australia Post’s parcel post service within 3-5 business days on confirmation. Your order should typically arrive within 3-14 days depending days depending on the state you live in.

Shipping within Australia
Standard Shipping will range between A$15.90-$18.90. Free shipping for purchases over $200.

Shipping to New Zealand
We are currently offering a special flat-rate shipping fee of A$20 (NZ$22) to New Zealand. Items should take about 3-4 weeks to arrive after dispatch.


Where’s the rest of my order?

Due to item size and weight, your items may have been packed and shipped separately. You will receive an email with all relevant tracking details.


Where’s my invoice?

Your invoice will be sent to you via email with the subject line ‘Your invoice from Supplies for Sensei is here’. You will also find a hardcopy version shipped with your items.


Can I return an item?

We can only exchange or refund an item if it’s faulty. Exchanges and refunds must be made within 7 days of delivery. No returns for change of minds. No returns for used items.


Can I pick up my order?

Yes, if you are based in Western Australia, you may arrange to pick up your order at Clarkson Library. Please select the ‘Pick Up’ option at check out and we will get in touch to organise a time that is convenient to you.
